Cancellation Note: Refunds less a 10% cancellation fee will be given for cancellations received 2 weeks prior to the event. Following this date no refunds will be issued, but registrants are encouraged to exercise the option of providing a substitute participant to attend in their place. Substitutions can be made at any time prior to the event. Walk-ins are discouraged and the pricing applies to Members AND Non-members who have not registered for the event. Admission is not guaranteed and will only be permitted, IF space is available, within 10 minutes of the beginning of the presentation.
