CHOA’s Committees
CHOA’s Board of Directors functions mainly as a governance Board, with most operational deployment conducted by reporting committees and subcommittees.
Top-level committees reporting to the main Board of Directors:
- Executive Committee – advises the main Board on executive matters
- Content & Events Committee – responsible for creating CHOA’s content and events
- Operations & Finance Committee – responsible for office operations, finance, risk management
- Revenues Committee – responsible for membership and sponsorship relationships and revenues
